Nasir led the founding of Sackville Capital and was previously Chief Executive Officer at the firm. Nasir plays a key role in driving the strategy and culture of the organisation.
Nasir has more than 20 years of experience as an investor and senior leader across the investment and asset management industry. He was a founding member of Goldman Sachs Dubai, has held senior positions at Investcorp and was previously Chief Executive Officer of AHC Investment Division, part of AWJ Holding Company.
Currently a Board and Investment Committee Member of AWJ Holding Company, Nasir is also a General Partner at 9900 Capital, a member of the Board of Nuwa Capital and a founding investor and Board Member at iMENA.

Michael (Mike) has spent over 40 years in the financial services industry. He is an experienced Chairman and Director, holding numerous non-executive positions over a 15-year period.
Alongside Sackville Capital, Mike is currently Chairman of the Acolin Group, the Ascot Lloyd Group and Le Masurier. He was Chairman of the Tilney Group and Hawksford International, and was a Director at the Bank of Butterfield, the International Property Securities Exchange and Leeds Castle Foundation.
Previously, Mike was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in their European Private Wealth Management Division, and a senior partner at Rawlinson & Hunter.

Jonathan has worked in investment management for 35 years and brings this expertise as well as his non-executive experience to the Board.
Jonathan has been Chief Investment Officer at Stanhope Capital since its launch nearly 20 years ago and is also Vice Chairman of the Board. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of a private company, is Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Tudor Trust and a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
Prior to his role at Stanhope, Jonathan was a Director on the Executive Management Committee at Newton Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer at Newton Private Investment Management.

Duncan has spent 30 years in the financial services industry, focusing on private capital.
Currently, Duncan is Chief Executive Officer at Northern Gritstone and chairs its Investment Committee. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Northern Trust (Guernsey) Limited.
Duncan spent 11 years as Head of Caledonia Private Capital, the private capital arm of FTSE 250 firm Caledonia Investments plc. Prior to this, he was a founding partner at RJD Partners, having started his investment career at Royal Bank Development Capital. Duncan initially trained as a chartered accountant with the insolvency arm of PwC.

Gary brings more than 35 years of experience working for McKinsey with a particular focus on private equity and principal investing.
Gary is currently Chairman of North America for McKinsey & Company. He has held multiple senior roles at the firm, including Managing Partner for North America.
He co-founded and led McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice and was a longstanding member of McKinsey’s Shareholders Council, the firm’s global governance board.

Thiwanka was instrumental to the founding of Sackville Capital and the development of the firm’s strategy alongside Nasir. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at the firm.
Thiwanka has over 15 years of experience building and leading businesses across the investment industry. Prior to Sackville, he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Risk at AHC Investment Division, Head of Market and Operational Risk at Saudi Fransi Capital and held asset management roles at Credit Agricole and MASHoldings.
Thiwanka is a CFA Charterholder, FRM Holder, Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant.

Sue-Ann is currently Group Chief Risk Officer and Executive Director at International Financial Group Limited (IFGL). She spent the majority of her career working for Old Mutual plc in the UK, where she was Risk and Compliance Director, and Old Mutual South Africa. Sue-Ann is a Chartered Accountant (FCA).
